I only know 'baggage claim' (though 'reclaim' makes sense, and may be used by some speakers). 'Baggage claim' is either (1) the act of identifying and picking up one's baggage after e.g. an air flight, or (2) the name of the small receipt which the airline gives one at check-in in order to prove ownership of one's baggage at the end of the flight.
