Dears:

I have to send a tracking report every 2 weeks, so I always update it every
2 weeks then attach it in email. Can I simpify it as below when I send it.

================================================
This report is update as/in attachment for your information.
This report is update as/in enclosed file for your information.
=================================================

I'd like to know how a english native will write it under this condition.

Many thanks in advance.
