I was born and raised in Venezuela, and I have lived in Miami for a few years; it is not the best place to learn English. My goal is improve and get enough proficiency in written, and spoken English.

I think Miami is US city so why it’s not the best place to learn English
If you are there you can get best practice with native speaker in every place (restraint, street shops and so on)
If I wear you, I wouldn’t need any thing

In Miami there are a lot of Spanish speakers, so if your native language is Spanish you will speak in Spanish. I think the best way to improve your English skills is to live in England during a period of time.
