Anyone using the term "Gemütlichkeit"?

Who of you is familiar with the German term "Gemütlichkeit"? I'm asking because I read that the expression is used by native speakers of English since it relates to a concept that originated in Germany.

So, how gemütlich are you?

The noun is in the RANDOM HOUSE DICTIONARY, and it does sound familiar, but I admit that I had to look it up. Then I read the adjective in your closing, which sounded more familiar... but that may just be a remnant of my college German.
