any kind......nothing specific........like it could be an appeal for people to donate some money, food or anything for poor kids.........or appeal to donate blood.......
I just wanted to have a central idea about it.........like the format ..........or how should we begin........how long it should be etc....

It's good to do some brainstorming before composing the text itself. Start by listing all the benefits of donating money/blood etc. Try to put yourself into the shoes of the potential donor and ask yourself how you would like to be addressed.

Then create a draft of letter and read out loud to yourself to see what you might want to change and how.
