hair - countable or uncountable? #2 (permalink) Mon Mar 17, 2008 19:31 pm   hair - countable or uncountable?

1. There is a hair in my bread. Without an article it suggests that there is a lot of hair in the bread, rather than one single hair which is more probable.

2. Aspirin can ulcerate the stomach.
