Hi,

I need to frame a sentence to explain the later part of the following fact: A girl and a boy are chatting with each other. Both of them are not giving any true information about their lives.

Which one of the following sentences is more appropriate?

1. None of them are telling the truth about their lives.

2. Neither the boy nor the girl is telling the truth about his/her life.

Thanks,

MG

Both are grammatically correct but the first one sounds much better.
