Hi Klaoudio,

Montgomery College wants to make sure that their potential students possess certain skills needed to work in an academic environment. It doesn't matter whether you take the TOEFL, the IELTS or the TOEIC test. What's important is that you show your ability to study at Montgomery College. In other words: both tests are equally difficult or easy. Instead of looking for the easiest English test you should simply change some of your habits. Otherwise it will be difficult for you to enroll in any of the Montgomery programs.

hello,
In my opinion, i think that ielts is easier than Tofel, i have done ilets 2 times. in the first time i achieved overall score 6, but the administration of the university did not accept that score. generally, the biggest challenge in ilets test is the time, also in listening task, they test your ability to understand the British accent, Australian,New Zeland and American sometimes Canadian. so, you have to be familiar with all these tyupes of accents. in addition you have to learn to read quickly and make skiming and scaning. in reading test you will have 3 passages with a different topics, so try to read anything in english. in this test, there is listening, reading, writing and speaking. speaking test will be with examiner not with the computer. recently, i did ilets test; reading was difficult a litlle bit, i had a pressure time. i am waiting the result. i hope to achieve the score which i deserve.

anyway, good luck.
