'I am not all that into sports.' /Sports here could read anything./

I come across this occasionally, and I am wondering if it sounds fine to you, guys, and whether it is acceptable in written speech. Thank you!

Hi Dimitar,

I think this phrase is rather colloquial so you might use it when you write an email to a friend of yours.
