Its really good way of learning thanks dear.
I got 9 correct answers out of 10 questions.
There is a new television programme called: 'Who wants to be a millionaire?'.
Sir,
Will you please explain me how come who fits in this sentence it is quite confusing me.

'Who' there is part of the title of the TV show (the proper name of something). It will never change tense. _________________ Cheers m' dears! |

Hi Malsa,
I thought your question was about 'who'. In this programme title 'who' is an interrogative pronoun and it is the subject of the sentence.

It is the subject of the title if the title is all that you are asking about. However, I read the sentence as being this line in its entirety:
