Believe it or not, I think that department is usually called "housekeeping".

In a school, that department would be called "maintenance", and they would also make repairs to the place. In a hospital, repairs and cleaning are usually in separate departments, so in a hospital "maintenance" repairs things, and "housekeeping" cleans things.

Thanks in advance :

"Office management" isn't a normal term for a cleaning team, and most native speakers wouldn't understand it.
