I am writing the two sentences below this line .

My Team Leader discussed with our team members to convene a meeting by tommorrow evening .

or

My Team Leader discussed with our team members to congregate a meeting by tommorrow evening

Which one is correct ?

Could you please find out any grammar mistakes that i have made in the above sentences ?
