1: A, because the others are incorrect.
2: An award is a special prize such as the Oscar. It is usually connected to a contest or social event. A reward can be anything you get for making an effort.

Hi Torsten,

1/ for the first question, why are the other options incorrect? uniform can be a countable or uncountable noun, can't it? and so I think C is right. Besides, A seems a bit awkward here. I suppose it will be better is we use:
I strongly support the idea of having no uniform for the company.
or
I strongly support the idea of not having uniform for the company.

I have never seen anyone using
I strongly support the idea of having not uniform for the company. :O
