gratitude vs gratefulness! #1 (permalink) Tue Apr 01, 2008 7:01 am   gratitude vs gratefulness!

If anyone could tell me what is the difference between gratitude and gratefulness, if there`s any? I had a morphology test yesterday i put gratitude as a noun. I got the results and was shocked when i saw the answer wasn`t correct. I was supposed to put gratefulness instead of gratitude!!! Why?
