if i want to say another person , which one i have to use " he is working in Logica " or " he was working in Logica ".

my doubt is the situation hasn't changed

The main verb in the reported sentence should be put in the past.
If the main verb is already in a past tense, then the tense changes to another past tense.

e.g.

He said, he was working in Logistics.
