Please check my gramma with this paragraph

With reference to our factory inspection by ITO and TCS officers, there are no have any comment and also approve us to start fabrication. Therefore, we would like to confirm to start fabrication. We also enclose the schedule of fabrication, delivery and installation of airport seating for your information.

Can i wrote the letter with this gramma. If it's not correct, please advise me for corrected it. Thank you very much
