Hi

Would you say that the following sentences are correct and carry the same meaning?

Quote:
I felt like a stranger in her house.

I felt a stranger in her house.

Or does the second sentence suggest that the speaker felt the presence of a stranger in her house?

Thanks a lot

Tom

Hi Tom

I'd stick with the first sentence. Your second sentence could possibly be interpreted a few ways.
