Hi Ludmila, in the given context the verb thrust means to push. Your question should read: "Hello, could you please explain what the word thrust means." or "Hello, what does the word thrust mean?" Also, if you are interested in the meaning of individual words a dictionary might a great place to start.

Hi Kati,
'Thrust' is one of those verbs like put/cut//set and so on that remain the same in the past and present forms.

Hello ,
Many thanks. Thrushed is a typo unfortunately, presumably I would have written "thrusted" because but I didn't know it has three identical forms: thrust, thrust, thrust Thanks again: Kati Svaby |
