Could you please help me come up with an English equivalent to this German phrase: kunden- und dienstleistungsorientiertes Verhalten

My proposal is 'customer and service driven business model'. What do you think?

Thanks a lot,
Torsten

Hi,

I may be out on a limb but I don't think 'Verhalten' is best translated by 'model'. I thought it was more to do with procedure or way of proceeding. I offer 'ethos' as a suggestion.

Hi Alan,

Thanks for that. I actually had wanted to say 'customer and service driven sales approach' but apparently this doesn't sound too English. Your suggestion "customer service driven ethos" is much better.
