Hi,

Note the word 'one' in your sentence:

Below is a quote that one of the repair shops has/have given me.



As 'one' is singular, the verb will reflect this and should be 'has'.

then i should use HAVE right?

It'd still be singular. (One ..... has given me.)

I think you need to change your second sentence from:

to:
