'S Thing! (SUPPLIER's scope of work vs SUPPLIERS' scope of work)

I am trying to figure out what is the correct syntax I am supposed to use in the following cases:

a) SUPPLIER's scope of work (for only one supplier)

b) SUPPLIERS' scope of work (for two suppliers)

or

SUPPLIERS'S scope of work (which I doubt)

:?: :?: :?:

Actually, I do not feel at ease with this "'s" thing so if there is anyone that can clarify what should be used and when…

Welcome to the forum. Both your phrases (a and b) are correct. As you suggested, the last one (suppliers's) wouldn't work.
