Hi Duc,

I'll try to help. The first point I'd make is that 'anger' is a singular subject and none of the possible answers is in the present tense with the verb indicating 3rd person singular with an 's'. The only answer I would suggest is 'turns against'. This idea expresses best what anger is likely to do. I don't think 'anger' can 'hit' as this would be too physical in meaning. In the second sentence I would choose C as it refers back to 'water' in the first sentence. I wouldn't choose A because you don't have any reference to a hole in the first sentence and there are other ways in which water can 'pour in'.

Hope this helps

Alan
