Hello everyone

I'd like to ask if the following sentence sounds natural for English speakers.

This project resulted in the adaptation of Soft Skills trainings and recommendations for organizing and conducting Soft Skills trainings for XXX employees.

XXX is the name of the Company.

Hi KLPNO

That sentence is difficult to follow. I'd recommend rewording it.

Hi Amy

Thank you very much for your feedback. Here's my second variant:

As a result of this project, the adaptation of Soft Skills trainings was carried out and recommendations for organizing and conducting Soft Skills trainings for XXX employees were presented.

Hi KLPNO

I'd suggest this (though I'm not 100% sure it's exactly the same meaning you had in mind):

As a result of this project, the Soft Skills training program was adapted, and recommendations for organizing and conducting Soft Skills seminars for XXX employees were presented.
