Hello everyone

I'd like to ask if the following sentence is understandable.

XXX line managers expressed their interest in increasing of effectiveness of teaching employees at Soft Skills trainings through adapting them to the specificity of the professional activity of their employees.

The intended meaning is as follows: employees are taught at Soft Skills trainings and line managers are interested in teaching process being more effective. XXX is the name of the Company.
