It seems that the term 'rooftop mall parkade' is all too popular (based on Google). Was this phrase by coined or Nelly Furtado or did it exist before?

I'd heard the name Nelly Furtado somewhere before, but had to check Google to find out who she was.

I wouldn't consider 'rooftop mall parkade' to be a commonly used expression. It just seems to be the way she happened to decide to say something in a song. She certainly did not coin the any of the words.

Is she the singer who became known with the song "Promiscuous"?
