Is it safe to make friends on this site?

Hello,

I need your help - the matter is that I want to make friends on this site,but it's turned
out it's not easy.I sent some letters to Worldfriends Networks Customer Service asking to help me.I tried to explain what problems I had encountered.I was asked to provide them with my credit card information.So I'd like to know if it is safe?You can find our letters below.Please read them.I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

A word of warning:
NEVER give away your credit card details via the internet unless you submit them via an SSL-protected conection and the certificate is issued by a company you trust !!!
