Some more questions about the last two stories of Jungle Book Tue Apr 08, 2008 18:03 pm  Some more questions about the last two stories of Jungle Book

Dear teachers:
I'm quite confused about the story of Toomai of the Elephants, what the mean topic of it and what the author wanted to tell us through it?

The situation is even worse with the last story: I don't even know what the animals were talking about not mention the mean idea of it.

Can any one help me solve these questions? Many thanks in advance!
