Hi,
I would choose as follows:
1 a 2 a
This is a difficult question - choosing between 'to' and 'for'. Let me try to explain but please bear in mind that what I say is of a very general nature. Take these two:
This is a letter to you (This is a direct link- it is addressed to you)
This is a letter for you (This is an indirect link - it is intended for you)
Having said that, I have to admit that in some cases either is possible but usually the 'directness' or 'indirectness' will be the deciding factor.
