it is making me confused with this exercise:'Fill in the blank'
''I offered her ....... with her students,but she refused''
My answer is 'to help',however,the correct one is 'some help'.
I am wondering if 'a help' and 'the help' are also correct.Explain for me!thanks in advance!

Hi

The problem here and your alternative suggestion is word order.

The sentence "I offered to help her with her students..." is possible. Notice the positioning of "to help/help" in relation to "her".
