Hi,

'Court' can have different meanings, two of which are a place where a judge/magistrate administers justice/the law. It can also be a place where tennis is played - hard court grass court.

I imagine the one in the multiple choice could refer to the tennis court. Back court suggests a tennis court that is not in the centre of the sports area but the expression here is 'put on the back burner' indicating that something is still kept under consideration but will be looked at later.
