Hi,

Does the following sentence sound okay? I am trying to say that the values of Manhattan properties quoted by the author are not correct; they are too low.

‘it seems the author is not familiar with the valuations of prime Class A properties in Manhattan, as she mentions their current valuations being at around $60-100 per square foot.’

Yes, it's OK. Better would be: 'she mentions that....are around..'
