Disappointed by ETS and TOEFL London

HI all. I had my exam on 29th of March, but no answer yet. I am desparate. If no results till saturday (tomorrow), I think I will sue ETS, as those 15 bussiness days has expired today. I am disappointed. They dragged our money from the credit card immediately, but they can't respect a deadline, although they expect us to be ready in 15 seconds with a speaking task. They made me lose time in preparing the documents for universities, as well my everyday time checking online if I got my scores, day by day, 20 times per day. Shame on you!

No. If there was a problem, I think it was their job to let me know. So I just sat and wait

You are right, it's the test center's responsibility to inform you about the results since you are their customer. But then again, you might just give them a phone call to find out what's going on. I'm sure they'll be happy to get some feedback from you.

I will, now I think is 7 am in US, so I'll call later.

I called (with my own money, of course, because they "can't" afford to call), they said that there was a problem in the system, so I have to retake the exam. I am devastated, as I am on the verge of missing the deadline, for the University. I have never encountered so much unprofessionalism. TOEFL sucks!

Really, ETS has no sense about the importance of the deadline.
I know technical problem is also not in the control of ETS. but If there is any problem, at least they should inform candiate well advance.

Giving outcome of test results late is really disappointing but that is common. It took me and most of my friends 3 weeks rather than 15 days to receive results from ETS

3 weeks IS are EXACTLY 15 days, because there were exactly 15 working days (5X3). So don't complain, they were int ime, for you. But about my case now, who can assure me that this time, it will really work? They think that if they allow me to retake the test for free, I would feel better. I don't, in fact my self-esteem now is lower, I am more pessimistic int erms of test, and I will be very distressed during the test. They should pay some comepnsations for all these troubles they cause.
