Hi AC

The word 'risen' is the past participle of the verb 'rise'. Rise is dynamic.

Okay, but if it is "has risen", then it is in the present participle, right?

Hi AC

The present participle of the verb 'rise' is 'rising'.

'Has risen' is a tense. It is the present perfect (third person singular). To form the present perfect you need the simple present of 'have' + the past participle of the verb.
