Okay, but if it is "has risen", then it is in the present participle, right? Embarassed

Hi AC

The present participle of the verb 'rise' is 'rising'.

'Has risen' is a tense. It is the present perfect (third person singular). To form the present perfect you need the simple present of 'have' + the past participle of the verb.
