what does 'followed by listlen-integer valuses' mean? #1 (permalink) Wed Apr 23, 2008 9:52 am   what does 'followed by listlen-integer valuses' mean?

Hi, guys

An integer, listlen, where lislen is less than 100, followed by listlen-integer values.

First of all, I should tell you this is a kind of comment of computer program. I am not sure if you can understand what's the whole meaning of this sentence. But even you can't, that's all right. I just wanna make sure the structure of the sentence.

1.I think the complete sentence should be

An integer, listlen, where lislen is less than 100, which is followed by listlen-integer values. Here it omitted 'which is' as I realize. Am I right?

2. An integer, listlen, where lislen is less than 100,

It means listen is an interger and is less than 100,too. Am I right?

3. I don't understand what's the meaning of 'followed by listlen-integer values'?

Could you tell me what are the meanings of 'followed','listlen-integer' as well?

Thanks so much.

Maggie :o
