Hi,

I am glad to see many people aspire to the top, as those exams indeed are the top. Which exam are you particularly talking about? Is it the CPE, CAE or maybe something else? You can find loads of valuable information just by 'googling' the exam's name.

There is quite a large number of Cambridge English exams, so it's important to know which one you're studying for.

You can get the information straight from the horse's mouth at this website:
http://www.cambridgeesol.org/exams/index.html

Note that in some countries the Cambridge exams aren't honored at academic institutions, and in fact most of the people who examine applicants' qualifications at those institutions don't even know that the Cambridge exams exist. In those places you need to take a different exam (but, of course, being able to pass the Cambridge exams would definitely help prepare you for those others). It's important to know who wants the exam score and why, and to choose the exam accordingly.

There are many different books to prepare you for all those exams. I would just buy one of those and go through them as preparation for the test.
