Hi..

I am newbie here
I love to learn English Language

Today, i confuse for the meaning "to be plus Verb-ing"
and when it is being used?

for example :

She claims to be saving her reputation, but she is giving it a bad one.

mm is this present word? or present perfect? or past?
:-S i dont understand at all.. help me please
