Hi, please have a look at this sentence:

b. new visiting
c. new visit
d. new visits

=> c and d are surely wrong, but I feel rather confused with a and d. I think a sounds rather odd but I wonder if people often use "new visits" => ('o')

Only 'd' is correct because a map can be needed by visitors for a purpose. (needed by a person for a purpose)

I agree with Torsten. The sentence is not particularly not well-conceived. Both A and D sound odd. But at least we can rule out both B and C. :wink:
