:) hello everyone,

here is a sentence: the errors may be traced to a makeshift or intuitive approach.
dose the makeshift equal to less than optimum? how can I use this word?

Makeshift is much less than optimal, except in the case of emergencies. It means 'done or made using whatever is available'.

You can google the word to get a lot of examples of usage.
