If you Allow me to reply.

Before you get a job interview, you need to fill up the employment form. There, and at the end of the form, there will be an inquiry you need to fill. It's about 2 or 3 references you can mention their names ' like you ex. boss or ex. supervisor ' so the new employer can contact them in case he needs to ask some more about you; how your working was? your relationship with the teamwork? your personality? ... so that he can decide if you can join his company.

*Any reference other than your family or your friends.

Hi Zhan,

Well .. it varies!

In the country where I live, they're giving us a limited "probation period". It's around 100 days and it is for proving ourselves and to show off that we worth to keep that job we got.

Myself and my friends around have been through this several times ago. Although we provide with our references but they never call.
