Hi Alan,

Many thanks for writing All about Poets -- I'm really looking forward to sending it out. I've been thinking about some adding some information to the newsletter. For example, I'd like to include a "Test of Month" section where we introduce one of our tests since I'm sure there are a huge number of readers who are not aware these tests. Then there could be a "forum thread of the month" and an introduction of our latest products.

More on that soon,
Torsten

Ladies / Gentlemen:
Thank you very much for sending me this mail all about 'poets'.
Right now, I am teaching ESL English in a high school in China. In order to encourage the kids, I tried to teach them appreciating some simple poems, such as 'Twinkle, twinkle, little stars' and some from classic folk songs; but not much simpler ones, especially those that rhyme. Would you recommend some?
I do wish that I have the honor to be become one of your members. I'll try to contribute with my best.

At first I would like to thank every one and want show my sample writing about Encouragement and rewardness incentives

Teachers know how to test students' progress. They understand and use formal and informal assessment strategies to evaluate and ensure the continuous intellectual, social and physical development of the pupils. They also should learn about students' culture(s). Be aware of teen slang terms and offer prize and encouragement frequently. Attend to students as individuals, not just to the class as a whole. So the teacher will know the strengths of the students and develop or encouragement. Also weaknesses and overcome them. He uses an understanding of individual group motivation and behavior to create a learning environment that encourages positive social interaction, active engagement in learning and self motivation.

The environment can be used to focus the student's attention on what need to be learned. So the interesting visual aids such as: booklets, posters, or practice equipment, motivate learners by capturing their attention and curiosity.
Incentives Motivate learning:
Incentives include privileges and receiving praise from the instructor. The instructor determines an incentive that is likely to motivate an individual at particular time. In general learning situation, self- motivation without rewards will not succeed. Students must find satisfaction in learning based on the understanding that the goals are useful to them or, less commonly, based on the pure enjoyment of exploring new things.
Internal motivation is longer lasting and more self- directive than is external motivation, which must be repeatedly reinforced praise or rewardness learning occurs also more effectively when the teachers feel satisfied. Many behaviors result from combination of motivation.
It is recognized that no grand theory of motivation exists. However motivation is very necessary for learning that strategies should be planed to organize a continuous and interactive motivational dynamic for maximum effectiveness. The general principles of motivation are interrelated. A single teaching action can use many of them.
Simultaneously; we can say that motivation is enhanced by the way in which the instructional material is organized.
Students should have motivation to be organized and have a desire to study and scholarship by encouragement rewards such as:
1. Finance prizes for excellence at the end of semester term.
2. Various presents for superiority.
3. Prizes and gifts for Holy Quran conserving.
4. Certificates should be given to students at the end of the educational level.
We certainly know that our educational role will not be completed without encouragement motivation to avoid traditionally and standstill, so as to reach to integral personality with positive attitude and creative mind. We can achieve that through school activities and programs like as:
- Weekly Sightseeing Journey to make students aware of their country.
- Arrange cultural festival and learned competitions in school subjects in regularly manner.
- Holding competitions in Holy Quran preserving to urge student to relate with God's Book.
- Giving students rewards, prizes and presents.
- Orientation of school activities and suggesting of rewards and certifications for schools and superintendent.
- Development of the relationship between directors of school activities by regular meeting to overcome hardness and achievement of educational targets.
- Interesting in social activities through national occasions and participation of talented students so as to urge them to develop their talent that may form their future.
- Coordination with educational departments and overcome any difficulties in carrying out programs of students visits and trips.
In conclusion, we can make attractive schools which have very important targets such as:
1. Make strong relation between the learners and school.
2. Consolidation of Egyptian Identity and belonging to country and religious.
3. Utilization of youth spare time and their talent and power in charity.

Dear Alan Townend,

Firstly, I'm sorry because I wrote letter for you bit late. I thank for your letter very much. Secondly, I want to share my thoughts with you. I indeed want to learn English, of course but I don't know how to learn to improve it. One time, I entered Internet, I saw website "english-test.net". At that time, I was very happy because I thought I could find a chance to learn English better. But I am not indeed self confident. I'm shy, too. I read your letter but I didn't understand all words you wrote. I understood a few words, other words I guessed. I think that, I will have to read it many times. Will not you laugh at me, will you? Could you sympathize for me? I will try read and understand it. I hope that, you will not refuse a person who is not good at English as me. I wish I will receive your help.

Good health.
