Welcome.
You have come to the right place to learn English.
This web site has lot of material which you can use to learn to write and speak good English.
Try simple basic level exercises before trying the more difficult ones. Don't get scared. Read something written in English. you can select and read anything in which you are interested. This should be apart from your subject books and books that help you understand your subject.
Best of luck.
