you = Subject
'll be allowed = Verb (future passive)
to test drive it first = nonfinite clause, verb complement

Hi Saneta,

'To test drive' is an accepted expression meaning to drive a car and test it.

Hello,

If you want to buy a second-hand car you are allowed to test-drive for that you could judge the working of the car under power.
