Can someone please tell me if the following sentence is OK?

Should we have to configure the server again?

Can there be 'have to' when 'should' is used?

NO.

It is used that way in a conditional sense.

e.g.

Should we have to configure the server again, we will call you beforehand.
Should we have to configure the server again, would you be available to help?
