My name is Van. I'm from Viet Nam. I have been learning English for 3 years. My reading skill is good because i can read many story books of Oxford at level 4. Althoug i don't understan all the words in the story books,i still get their conten so i can understand them. But you known, when i write a essay, it's difficult because i don't remember words likewise how to use them correctly.

My dream is to get a TOEFL Certificate at 80 score. Please give advice so that i can improve my english as quick as possible.

Hi,

I just listened the listening lesson number 3. It' very nice and Sue's voice is quite clear. Therefore, I almost could listen and understand all. Here I would like to summary the lesson.
"Sue always gets up at 6:30 and the first thing she does is switching the radio to listen the radio news. She usually listens the BBC radio news to have the latest news. Her workplace is close by, so she walks to work. She usually works from 8:45 to 5:15. Sue works for a large financial company and there are ten people in her office: 7 financial advisors, customer manager, company trainer and coach, and one area manager. Sue has a desk with a phone and a PC, from which she could connect to internet. The main task of her company is advising people how to invest her money. Clients could contact with the company through e-mail, phone or personal contact. Sue's company will decide a personal invest plan for clients. Sue's work is handling the day to day administration for her area manager. Moreover, she develops training needs analysis and takes turn for advising clients. "

And here I'll answer the three questions:

Sue works for a large financial company.

She usually starts work at 8:45

She enjoys the personal contact with her client because they come from different walks of life and different ages.

Many thanks for sending e-mail to me.

Cheers,
Thanhhoa
