Dear Mr. Torsten, I am still confused about finish and end words. If I want to say: As I was finishing/ending to write this chapter...
(not a whole book.) These words both denote conclusion. Am I right?

Dear Torsten ,
I'm glad to receive your e-mail for giving me so many tips to teach me how to learn english .It's very kind of you.
First, I want to introduce myself to you so that we can know each other closely. I come from China,a beautiful country,do you think so? My Chinese name is Zheng Di ,and my english name is serena. I'm a college student of senior. There's no much time left in my college career, facing great pressure to obtain a job. Human being won't cherish what they have until everything passed by ,is that right ? I'm fond of learning english, but I'm always shy to speak english. It's the common sense of the majority of our Chinese. In addition, there's no good environment for us to speak english, because it's not the same as you whose mother languge is english. All the people around you speak english just as we talk to friends in Chinese . An accidental chance I saw the web site in the internet when I search the information for toeic test.
I want to take the exam and I find this site very useful for me to exersise.
Besides this, what I also want to say is that I hope I can make good friends with you and other partners . In future ,we shall share our thoughts witth each other .
Finally, many thanks for you to provide such a good environment for me to learn english .I wish my spoken english improve
Yours sincerely,
serena.

I usually get up at about 6;30 am and first thing I go to gym at least one hour. Then I come back and go to bath. I finish my bath at 7:45 am. Then I take my breakfast. My site is only one kilometer away from my township. So I take lift to reach my office. I usually start my work at 8:00 am and I finish about 6:00 pm. We work for a large construction company. There are five people in my office. In my office we are three engineers. Two engineer is working under me. I have one office container. In my office container I have my separate PC. I can access the internet as well our corporate internet. I execute all finishing work like false ceiling, false flooring, painting etc. I also guide and explain my engineer to get proper work done. I check contractor work schedule from physical and actual accomplishment to determine project status. I prepare monthly progress reports and forward to management. I go to site for monitorining construction progress as per drawing and specification. I maintain quality work. I also prepare contract document and evaluate tenders for construction projects.

kindly check and tell me my mistake.I am will be very thankful for that.

Dear Torsten, thanks for all the letters.I am a Nigerian, married with a son (Teekay).I work with an NGO (Gede foundation).I am not really poor in both spoken and written English but I'd like to improve. I have a problem with a portion of the Sue's story under Job activities.I need to be clarified. She said in paragraph four ....and are all ages. Why not....and are of all ages?

Dear Ogbukagu Ifeoma,

Many thanks for your question. Are you sure Sue says 'are all ages' and not 'are of all ages'?
