Dear Ashin,

Thanks a lot for your message. Please remember to separate sentences and words by a space. Also, mind the correct spelling of 'you'. You can improve your English by completing at least 3 new tests every day. How many tests have you taken so far?

Keep up the great work!
Regards,
Torsten

Hi Dora,

Thanks a lot for answering all the questions -- you got everything correct. Please remember to use the space key on your keyboard. You still don't separate your sentences by a space and the same goes for your commas.

Do you know what I mean?
Regards,
Torsten

I'm very sorry for being late in continue the lessons, but i intend always to finish the lessons, i quit from my company and bean in another one.

I listened to Sue and here is the answers:
What company does Sue work for? she works in a large financial company
What time does she usually start work? she starts her works at 8:45 o'clock
Why does she enjoy the personal contact with her clients? because they come form all walks of life and are all ages.

Note: i don't get the meaning of this sentence (ey come form all walks of life and are all ages.) could you explain it to me

Hi Malak,

Sue works for a large financial company.
She usually starts work at 8:45.
Because they come from all walks of life...

"from all walks of life' is a set phrase which means 'they have different professional and personal backgrounds. For example, one client is a truck driver, one is a university professor and one is a dancer.

Your English is already pretty good and you can improve it even further if you start capitalizing your sentences and putting a full stop at the end of your sentences. Also, try to repeat/copy the phrases exactly as you read them. For example, in the text it says 'she usually starts work' not 'she usually starts her works'.

Let me know if this helps.
Regards,
Torsten
