hello,

If possible, can someone please read my memo for writing sytle, punctuaction, and grammar. This is a short memo that i need to submit.

We have been approached by, ABC, Inc. to perform audit services on their financial statements. You are ABC's predecessor auditor and we have obtained permission from the management at ABC to contact you regarding your experience on the audit.

Before accepting this new engagement, it is important for us to obtain information regarding management's integrity as well as any disagreements you had with management regarding but not limited to the application of GAAP, accounting estimates, etc.

Have you had any issues regarding the integrity of management and have you had any significant disagreements with management regarding your audit recommendations and suggestions?

You feed back is important to us in accepting this engagement and your prompt response is greatly appreciated.
