I receive this phone text from a good friend. I need input on it's meaning."When i get out i'm gonna slough that puke!!"He's a male friend.

All I can say is that you've received a very peculiar if not strange text. Any background information? Maybe he wants to rid himself of some illicit hallucinogens...or he's simply had a week tummy... Could be anything, really.

Your friend might be intending to rid himself (slough) of something or even someone he finds disgusting (puke).
