TOEFL® essay: Many young people have jobs while pursuing their academic studies

Help me with this topic.I can't translate corectly? Please somebody tell me what does it mean? And if somebody can..to write an essay of that topic. :oops:

I have translated that topic but I can't write an essay. Please help me somebody??

To my mind, it maybe that:
Identify the task: Giving an explanation.

Introduction to the essay: Young people working while studying for many different reasons. Some people want to be independence from their parents. Other help parents because of they are ill or poor. Third support young brothers or sisters... etc.

Paragraph 1, Main idea: "People want to be independence from parents." Supporting details: parties, clothes, shoes, modern gadgets, etc.

Paragraph 2, Main idea: "Need money to help their parents because they are ill or poor." Supporting details: medicial treatment, drugs, etc.

Paragraph 3, Main idea: "Help their young brothers or sisters." Supporting details: pay for their education, buy pens, pencils, books, etc.

Conclusion: In this essay I gave some examples about ....etc.

Thank you very much your opinion very helps me ! Can you ask you for other topic, this is very hard for me and I can't write nothing. Here it is: "Nowadays the media in Bulgaria pay too much attention to the personal lives of politicians, film stars, businessmen. Do you agree or disagree with this claim?Give your opinion supporting it with arguments and examples." The only one thing that I can say is that I agree with this because they are famous!? Please help me, I have an exam next week and this is only one topic which I can't say anything.
