Would like to get some advice on which of the following is correct.

Would you say:

Our team at Sony has a unique understanding of.....

OR

Out team at Sony have a unique understanding of.....

Both are possible. It depends whether you consider a team as a group of individuals or as a single unit.

By the way, around two months ago a partly similar thread was created 8)
